About Me
I have worked with young people at a sixth form college and also spent many years in higher education as a lecturer and researcher. I therefore understand the challenges raised by the transition from school to college and college to University. I also realise that this is a formative time when there are many pressures on young adults to achieve in several aspects of their life.
I worked with adults during my time at a bereavement service and currently volunteer at a charitable organisation, working with men and women, often with complex histories. Anxieties and stress can arrive at any time of life - whether from loss and bereavement or enforced life changes such as redundancy or retirement. The latter can bring with it a feeling of a lack of purpose and existential worries. I am here to listen as you examine and question how to navigate your way forward.

I am registered with the BACP and adhere to their ethical framework. I am committed to continuous professional development and update my knowledge and expertise by attending relevant training and workshops.
